The Wild West House League returns for the 2015-2016 Season. Like past years, the there will be two sessions and each session will consist of Tuesday practices and Sunday games. Please note that this is not for established GHA players.

The Gillette Wild will face off against the University of Wyoming Hockey team this weekend in two games to continue their preseason action.

The Wild acquired defenseman Gennadi Zabeline from the Euless Junior Stars over the weekend.

The Wild finished their preseason 2-2 after games against the Alexandria Blizzard and University of Wyoming.

The Wild lost their preseason opener 4-3 in overtime to the Alexandria Blizzard. The Wild jumped out to an early lead against Alexandria paced by goals from Conner Moore, Alex King and Mitchell McEwan. With the Wild carrying a 3-1 lead into the 3rd, the Blizzard charged back with two 3rd period goals to tie the game 3-3.
